My daughter will be moving to PWC to teach in Woodbridge. Where should she actually rent an apartment? She needs a safe neighborhood without a long commute to Gar-Field HS.

Here is a Condo that a friend / former client of mine has listed for rent right now. Rent price is $1,200 and there is a mandatory $200 condo fee that includes All Utilities (WATER & ELECTRIC)and CABLE TV. Located in Occoquan (Woodbridge), VA.
