Ready Hands Home Care provides home care aide services on a recurring daily schedule for seniors and others with functional limitations. Our certified nurse aides assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, walking, transferring from bed to chair and toileting. They can also perform light housekeeping services, prepare meals, remind clients to take medications ontime, provide safety supervision, companionship and limited transportation. Ready Hands is the ONLY area home care agency owned and managed by a licensed internal medicine physician.

We have served hundreds of Northern Virginia residents over the years and provide many thousands of hours of care every month. Ready Hands' clients are almost always delighted with their home care aide(s) right from the start, because we take pains to find the right aide for each client. Every client is invited to interview, at our expense, the aide(s) we propose to assign. We are so confident in our ability to provide the best available home care that we are willing to offer the first three days of care FREE--before any contract is signed--to any client who requires ongoing services.

Afuairene Album.

At $18.50 per hour for live-out care, or $185 per day for live-in care, our rates are considerably lower than those of other area agencies. And, Ready Hands assumes all legal obligations of employment, such as payroll taxes, bonding and insurance, workers compensation etc. Ready Hands uses only its own bona fide W-2 employees--NO independent contractors.
