Eastbound on I-66 from the Haymarket area:
- Take Exit 47 (Route 234 South) from I-66.
- Proceed South on Route 234 until the fourth light (Sudley Manor Drive). Turn right onto Sudley Manor.
- At the second light (Ashton Avenue), turn right.
- The library is on the right just after the shopping center.
Westbound on I-66 from the Washington D.C. area:
- Take Exit 47A (Route 234 Business) from I-66.
- Proceed South on Route 234 until the fifth light (Sudley Manor Drive).
- Turn right onto Sudley Manor.
- At the second light (Ashton Avenue), turn right.
- The library is on the right just after the shopping center.
Northbound on I-95 from the Stafford/Fredericksburg area:
- Take Exit 152 (Dumfries Rd./Route 234 North) and go approximately 20 miles north. (Dumfries Road becomes Prince William Parkway at mile 15.)
- Turn right on Sudley Manor Drive and go approximately 1.4 miles.
- At traffic light, turn left onto Ashton Avenue.
- Go 0.1 mile past Bull Run Plaza. Library is on the right at the traffic light.
Southbound on I-95 from the Springfield area:
- Take Exit 160 (Route 123, Occoquan)
- Turn left at the second light onto Old Bridge Road.
- After approximately 5 miles, the road name changes to Prince William Parkway. Proceed on the Parkway until the light at Liberia Avenue. Turn right onto Liberia.
- Stay on Liberia for approximately 4 miles (it then becomes Lomond Drive. You will go through a large residential area and the speed limit is 25 mph, enforced). At the light on Route. 234 and Lomond Dr. turn right onto Sudley Rd. (Route 234 North).
- Proceed one light to Sudley Manor Drive. Turn left onto Sudley Manor.
- At the second light (Ashton Avenue), turn right.
- The library is on the right just after the shopping center.

Monday - Thursday: 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Friday - Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Sunday: 12:00 noon - 5:00 p.m. About Bull Run Regional LibraryThe Bull Run Regional Library was officially dedicated and opened to the public on June 25, 1994. Bull Run features a community room, a quiet study room, a children’s area, a young adult area, and RELIC, the Ruth E. Lloyd Information Center. RELIC offers a special local history and genealogy collection.
