Spay or Neuter Program Participating Vets

For those animals that have been adopted from the Prince William County Animal Shelter, the County will turn over the $25 for cats, and $35 for dogs, to participating veterinarians after the spay/neuter operation has been completed. You will then have to pay the remainder of the bill.
